Virtual Reality Nautilus DVD
This DVD contains 9 Virtual Reality programs that allows you to explore the exterior of the Disney Nautilus in extreme detail. We refer to this disk as "Ultimate Rivet Guide" because you can get so close to all the hull details, that you can count each rivet! The rivet details are an exact representation of the original movie special effect miniature known as "The Hero". To achieve maximum accuracy, paper rubbings were taken directly from the 11 foot "Hero" and then digitized to make these virtual reality views. Thus making these programs the prefect guide for any Nautilus scratch build project or just to enjoy investigating the Disney Nautilus.
When you start any one of these Virtual Reality selections, click your mouse to move the "hand" icon and drag in the direction you wish to rotate your view. In the image montage below, you see a series of screen shots which illustrates how you can move the Nautilus in any direction. Not only can you move your view in the direction you wish (Up, Down, Left or Right) but you can zoom in at any time as well! Explore every angle you can imagine.
Below are screen shots of each of the virtual reality selections. Please note that each of these screens can toggle to full screen views! The ones below are the regular views and not enlarged. You have full control with the Apple QuickTime Pro viewer.
These files require a DVD player and the free Apple QuickTime Player (a copy is also supplied on the DVD). Insert the disk into your DVD player and the DisneySub Navigation Menu should automatically appear. You can play each of the high resolution V.R. movies by clicking one of the buttons at the right of the menu.

These fantastic images were created by Fred Kuentz owns and operates the Artimation animation studio in Arizona. He has created several new high resolution Virtual Reality movies for DisneySub. Also on this DVD is his original 3-D Nautilus animated movie which appeared in the Special Edition 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea DVD. However in the version supplied on this DVD, the animation is in much higher resolution. DisneySub wishes to thank Fred for sharing his wonderful creations!
